All our designs are bespoke and done by hand at concept stage by registered and qualified professional architects with twenty or more years’ experience. One Architect will assist a client from start to finish and a client will never feel that he is relegated to deal with anyone except the responsible Project Architect.

DESIGN
All designs done by the firm’s Architects are bespoke and are site specific.
Our design philosophy is that any building should be functional and aesthetically pleasing, whilst complying with the guidelines set by the Green Building Council.
As part of the design process 3D models are built on CAD to examine it in 3 dimensions and from all angles and to show the client.
This phase culminates in presenting full colour artist impressions and a virtual walk through/fly around of the building.
MUNICIPAL AND WORKING DRAWINGS
We do fully detailed drawings for the purposes of Council approval and construction.
Our drawings include detailing, of plumbing and electrical layouts and energy efficiency calculations to comply with the Act.

Our specification is a fully detailed document of up to 70 pages which specify not only construction standards and procedures, but makes allowances which are discussed with each client for his particular project.
This together with the fully detailed drawings, are issued for tender purposes, and forms the basis for signature of a building contract between the contractor and client.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
This service is a monthly service covered by a monthly fee and serves to assist our clients with the signing and administration of the JBCC Building Contract.
It includes monthly meetings and site visits to monitor work on site, and the co-ordination between the contractor and appointed engineers and other professionals.
We also do valuations and control payments to contractors and oversee quality control.
We are able to put you in contact with preferred finishing suppliers who can offer you preferential rates.
The issuing of the mandatory form 4 for occupation upon completion, if we were appointed for the contract administration.
